Product – Account Management System

The Agreement Management System (AMS) was designed and built specifically to help pharmaceutical companies manage, administer, track and analyse account customer deal and tender relationships.

The AMS engine is being used to support key account management, fixed, discount, rebate and bonus based pricing for three major pharmaceutical companies. The application has recently proved highly effective in protecting market share and reducing price erosion in off patent situations and has a sophisticated multi dimensional targetting and segmentation engine that supports micro marketting to key accounts.

  • Customer and potential customer management. Trust, Health Authority, Hospital, buying group, wholesaler, retail and dispensing surgery customer types.


  • Sophisticated multi dimensional account segmentation, profiling and targeting module using both qualitative and quantitative measures.

  • Administration of fixed price, discount, rebate, bonus free goods and cash back schemes. Multi volume break discounts. Mixed deal type capabilities.


  • Automatic claim verification, automatic rebate, bonus and free
    goods processing including ERP write back.


  • Multiple 'discount' authorisation levels based on user profiles.


  • Email and SMS alterting.


  • Predictive and reactive buying pattern monitoring.

  • Full audit trails.

  • Spatial data mart.

  • License free OLAP-Lite reporting and analysis capabilities.

  • True selling price, average selling price, discount rate and margin
    calculations/reporting/analysis. Sales analysis and reporting. Top
    and bottom 10 (n) reporting.


  • Tender won and lost analysis based on volume, number of tenders
    and value. Tender won/lost index calculation.


  • All user interfaces are thin-client rendered through a standard web
    browser.


  • Hosting, support, training and maintenance services available.
